Talent development course

This is currently the only course that is offered. The plan is to add more courses in the future, separately and as an extension of the current course.

Basic talent development course for Racing Engineers. 

This course is catered towards race engineers who are working with young talented drivers. In the course we cover several topics which will not only help your drivers perform better but can also be applied to your entire team in order to help them perform better.

– Mindsets
– Motivation
– Learning styles
– Personality
– Goal setting
– Example cases

You will receive:
– A three hour course with an intermission.
– A workbook with all information discussed in the course, questions and more.
– Handouts of the presentation.
