Complete driver development
Consists of an intake and weekly training (physical, cognitive and coaching).
Intake:
-Physical rapport based on exercise tests.
– Training schedule based on physical rapport, age and general schedule.
– Nutritional guidelines based on age and training schedule.
– Baseline cognitive rapport.
– Psychological tests and coaching intake.
Weekly training:
– Both strength and endurance training designed for motorsports.
– Training monitoring.
– Cognitive training (attention and visual training for example).
– High performance coaching (including race preparation and mindset training).
All training is given both online and in person. The drivers have access to all of their data and the schedules through an app.
Cognition and coaching
Consists of an intake and weekly training (cognitive and coaching).
Intake:
– Baseline cognitive rapport.
– Psychological tests and coaching intake.
Weekly training:
– Cognitive training (attention and visual training for example).
– High performance coaching (including race preparation and mindset training).
All training is given both online and in person. The drivers have access to all of their data and the schedules through an app.
Consultancy and problem solving
This is a less strict package given the content of the package.
Do you have a reoccurring issue? Something that is stopping you from performing optimally and you don’t really know what it is or how to fix it? But other than this issue you are doing good?
Then this may be the package for you.
In this package:
– The root cause of the problem is found through analysis.
– You will receive a rapport of the analysis, the issue and the cause.
– You will be given a timeframe, schedule and the necessary training to fix the problem.*
Prices in this package will vary and are based on the complexity of the problem and timeframe it will take to fix it.
* The training is optional. There will only be given a timeframe to fix the problem and a broad solution (not based on specific person).Extra costs may be involved.
